Description

A lovely room with a double bed and a closet on ground floor in Dirschauer Str in Friedrichshain, 2 lovely tenants are staying in the apartment. The apartment has a large kitchen, fully equipped and a large bathroom with a bath. As seen in the pictures. Internet is available. In order to get TV connection the GEZ need to be payed which amounts to about 18€ per month and needs to be payed as soon as you register, this is a tax from the German state and therefore cannot be changed. Everything else is already included in the price....
