Description

A lovely modern studio apartment in a great location in GraeffeKiez in Kreuzberg, located in the inner side of the building, on the first floor without elevator. The apartment has 1 room with a large bed and sofa, a dining area, a large TV as seen in the picutres. The kitchen is equipped and has a washing machine as well. Bills are included as well as internet connection. In order to get TV connection the GEZ need to be payed which amounts to about 18€ per month and needs to be payed as soon as you register, this is a tax from the German state and therefore cannot be changed. Everything else is already included in the price. Sadly I don ́t have a closet in this apartment...
